6.What format do the design files need to be in?
High - resolution files are highly recommended: PSD, AI, PDF (resolution ≥ 300dpi); JPG is also acceptable, but a higher resolution is suggested to ensure print clarity.
 
7.How can we print design samples for you?
You can contact customer service through this app to send the design source files, or send images with a resolution greater than 300 dpi. We can then proceed with the production of the samples and send you a video to confirm the final effect.
 
8. Could you accept Sample order?
Yes, we support free samples with video demonstrations. The minimum order quantity for the final goods is 50 pieces.
